CTO/Co-CEO
Aleksander Moczek serves as both Lead Director of Research and Development and Co-CEO at Insulating Asia, bringing over 15 years of expertise in thermal systems across Europe and Asia. With a Master’s in Electronic Engineering from Poland and an MSc in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the UK, plus certifications in F-Gas and ODS regulations, he spearheads the innovation of our products while steering the company’s strategic vision. Supported by Douglas Wigington for fire safety and materials quality, Aleksander ensures our R&D meets stringent global standards, driving cutting-edge fireproofing solutions under his dual leadership, complemented by Surachet Grace’s operational oversight.

Surachet Grace, Operations Director at Insulating Asia, brings global experience from consulting and owning businesses across industries worldwide. Educated at Oxford University, UK, and trained in law, he has managed at an executive level and excelled in R&D operations globally, elevating businesses to the top. His strategic oversight unites the team, including Aleksander Moczek,Douglas Wigington, driving the production and global delivery of our products with a proven track record of success.
Chief Communication and Partnership Officer (CCPO)
Dr. Somsak Pipoppinyo, Chief Communication and Partnership Officer (CCPO) at Insulating Asia, brings over 40 years of distinguished leadership in sustainable development, environmental conservation, and international diplomacy across Asia-Pacific. Holding a Ph.D. in Aquatic Environment and Aquaculture Management from Auburn University, he has spearheaded senior roles at FAO-UN—including Representative to Nepal and Bhutan—and the ASEAN Secretariat, where he drafted the ASEAN Connectivity Master Plan and Regional Haze Agreement. Dr. Somsak excels in stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization (e.g., securing a USD 40 million GCF grant), and regional coordination, forging global partnerships to advance climate-resilient solutions.
Supply Chain and Compliance Manager
Graeme Kerr serves as the Supply Chain and Compliance Manager at Insulating Asia, overseeing strategic supply chain operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards. Educated at Brighton University with qualifications in Supply Chain Management and Procurement, Graeme brings extensive experience from the Oil & Gas industry, with a proven track record in contracts and logistics management. As a Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) and trained Risk Facilitator, he also excels as a local staff training mentor, fostering skill development and operational excellence within the team.
Head of IT
Kampanat Rabieb heads Insulating Asia’s IT operations, ensuring system stability and data security with expertise in infrastructure management and software development. Holding a diploma in Information Technology from Wang Klaikangwon Vocational College, he designs internal platforms using PHP, MySQL, and Adobe tools, supporting our R&D and operational teams, including Surachet Grace’s global initiatives. His technical leadership enhances the digital infrastructure for our products, aligning with our innovative mission.
Senior Chemist
Kanyarat Saenthonsin, a Senior Chemist with First Class Honors, spearheads the research and development of cutting-edge silica aerogel formulas at Insulating Asia. Leveraging her deep expertise in material science, she is responsible for the full R&D lifecycle—from initial concept and synthesis to advanced testing and optimization. Kanyarat’s work directly contributes to the company’s innovation, ensuring our aerogel products meet and exceed the high standards required for next-generation insulation and construction applications.
Project Manager
Kewala Boonyajin serves as Project Manager at Insulating Asia, overseeing the coordination and execution of our product initiatives with precision. Holding degrees in Human Resource Development from Ramkhamhaeng University and Business Economics from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, she manages project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, supporting our construction team and Surachet Grace’s operational goals.
